Returns
You may return unopened jewelry within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Once we receive the item and inspect it, a refund will be issued. Please include photos of the damage when you contact us to speed up the process.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order never arrives, we will issue a full refund once we receive confirmation from the shipping carrier that the package was lost or undelivered.

To initiate a return or report a damaged or missing item, please contact us from our contact page. Be sure to include your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
